Shipping & returns

We ship throughout Europe with DHL. We pay for the shipment if it is in Western Europe, with the exception of the UK in which case we will have to add VAT as well as shipping costs. In any case we suggest to get in contact so there are no nasty surprises.

Returns are always paid by the client, we find this fair as we have already paid for the shipment to you! Of course when we make a mistake this is different. 

We ship preferably the same day or the day after, it depends on when we receive the order.
